Chemical Service

We require a complimentary 15 minute hair analysis consultation prior to a chemical service if you have not visited our salon or it has been 6 months since we last saw you. During this consultation your stylist will go over the desired chemical/color results, pricing, and how long the service will take, from there your stylist will schedule your reservation based on the amount of time needed and your schedule. We can not guarantee your chemical service will take place on the same day as your complimentary consultation.

Returns and Refunds

We offer full exchanges on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new product we will exchange it for something that better suits your needs. Returns on hair care products will be given full credit towards the purchase of another product or the full value in a gift card. Returns on hairdryer, curling and flat irons must happen within 14 days. Returned items must be in original box.

COVID Protocols

We want to assure you we are practicing all safety and sanitation measures for you and our team.

  • Guests will be seen by reservation only. No walk-in requests will be allowed at this time.
  • Social distancing of 6ft will be maintained between guests and team members whenever possible. All chairs spaced out 6ft apart and/or barriers in place.
  • Some things never change, but we will go above and beyond to sanitize all tools and stations between every guest and, as always, provide fresh towels and capes.

We kindly ask that if you are sick with any illness, please call to reschedule your reservation.

Redo Policy

Our goal is that you love your look-period. Guests may contact us within 3 days and we will redo/make adjustments with the same service provider. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look and you did not originally receive that service, you will be charged full price for the service.

Cancellation Policy

Every appointment is specially reserved for you! As a courtesy to our staff, and waiting guests, we request a 24-hour advance cancellation notice.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
